We use an email service with one of the highest delivery rates, so high in fact that we have yet to actually hear this question from a customer! If you’re the first one with this issue be sure to email us at email@example.com and we’ll get right on it. (There may or may not be a prize)
HOW DO I CANCEL?
MY ACCOUNT will take you to a page where you can view your subscription after you log in. Once you’re done you’ll be taken to a page with a list of psychiatrists in your area because you must be crazy!
I’VE CANCELED BUT MY SUBSCRIPTION IS STUCK IN “PENDING CANCELLATION”.
This is normal behaviour. When cancellations occur we allow the subscription to run until the end of the billing period. Once that period is up your order will change status to canceled and you won’t be charged.
