Social Media Account Manager

InHouss is growing fast and we are looking for a motivated, confident and experienced Social media manager to help us manage our amazing clients. You will be responsible for overall marketing strategy, creating content, scheduling content, community management, advertising and follower growth.

This is a flexible position, but we do need someone in Spokane who can be at the Client’s office at least 15-20 hours per week.

Location: Must be located in Spokane, WA

Pay: DOE

Schedule: This can be a part-time or full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Collaborate and train other teams, like employees in marketing
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Be physically present at this client’s premises at least 15-20 hours per week

Requirements:

  • Proven success as a Social media manager (preferably with Instagram and Facebook)
  • Hands on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to create creative content (text, image and video)
  • Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising platform
  • Located in the Spokane area
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry a bonus!
